In my country the help and concerns about DS people is very very well organized.thanks to a lot of lobbying from organisations and combined with the pragmatic way of thinking of the dutch people ( where there is something needed to be done, we do it ) So maybe, i'm spoiled in a way,cause i believe Florian could nowhere find the luxuary of nessecairy help.
