I LOVE this part:
"He never developed the verbal skills that most people with Down syndrome acquire, which limited his social interactions.
But this is a story about possibilities, not disabilities. And in its own sweetly curious way, it's even a love story."
I just think this is written with such respect and acknowledges the many things that people with DS can do. Thanks so much for sharing!!
