Caucasian baby girl with Down syndrome that has AVS defect needs loving family. Due November 13th in Phoenix. Birth father signing off. Baby needs to taken home from hospital. "LG" is a 18-year-old single birth mom that desires an experienced family to walk with her baby through surgery at 4-6 months to repair heart defect and for a lifetime of love.
Size of family needs to be under 4 children, experienced mom and dad, any state. Pictures and e-mails fine for extended contact after baby is born.
Medical costs are covered by Medicaid, but baby needs to have immediate coverage at time of signing adoption papers.
