Okay, I have all the dinner information and I will list it all below. If you plan on attending then PLEASE POST BELOW AND TELL ME THE NUMBER OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN PLANNING TO ATTEND. It is VERY important that we have a good estimate of how many people will be attending so that we aren't over charged or run out of food. Here are the details feel free to PM me with any question:

We are eating at McCormick and Schmicks Seafood Restaurant. It is located at the CNN Center 190 marietta Street NW Atlanta, GA 30303. WE will be meeting on Saturday July 22nd at 6:00 pm.

The Menu is as Follows:
Starter:
Caesar Calad W/ Parmesan cheese and garlic Croutons

Entree: (you choose one of the following per person)
USDA Prime TOP Sirloin W/ Sautee Mushrooms
Herb Marinated Chicken Breast w/garlic Butter
Parmesan Crusted Flounder W/ Lemon and Capers

Dessert: Upside Down Apple Pie w/ cinnamon ice cream

Coffe, Tea and Soft drinks are included.

Kids Menu is as Follows: (choose one per child)

Hamburger
Grilled Cheese
popcorn Chicken

Each meal includes french fries, a Soft drink and a scoop of ice cream

THe adult menu is $35.00
The childrens menu is $4.95.
Tax and gratuity extra.
The check will be one or one per table so I STRONGLY reccomend everyone estimate how much approximatley it will cost for you adn your family and bring cash...it is the best option and the banquet manager suggested itotherwise with 40 differnt credit cards it woudl be a NIGHTMARE!!!Thansk for understanding!

OKAY, again any questions please feel free to PM me or E-mail me at Courtfields@msn.com .

and once more: [big]PLEASE POST BELOW WITH FINAL NUMBERS OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN THAT ARE ATTENDING....THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT..[/big].(if you aren't sure yet, please wait until you are SURE!!!!Thanks-Courtney

Oh and here is a picture of the PRETTY room that will be ALLLL ours:
Sorry I cut the top off when DLing it!!! But you get the picture!

me
Denny
Becky
Peyton
Sophie
Noah
Halle

Total 7

Now I HOPE that there isn't an age limit on kids meals because it's usually 10 and under and there is no way possible that Peyton or Sophie could eat $35.00 worth of food, so we are gonna say they are HUGE 10 year old's if that's the case!!! Very Happy Very Happy

2 adults, 2 children. Do you need to know what we will be eating? I cannot wait! It is so close...thanks for arranging all of this! Will def. bring cash for the dinner-I am so excited we have our own room! I feel like a little kid! I am having a fantastic time imagining an entire hotel filled with nothing but people who have only positive thoughts and nothing but love for DS.

It is a little over half a mile...walking distance for sure! there are sidewalks all over downtown(at least there were when I lived there and I doubt they took them out!) So we can walk however if you would like to drive you can!

Courtney, I think with my big boys, that would make 4 adults and 3 kids. Although, KJ will doubtfully eat that big of an adult meal, he will just have turned 13. I think MaryEllen will eat off of our plates, as usual, so I will put us at a final count of 4 adults, 2 kids. Thank you for doing this. I am excited to meet everyone. Diane

I am sorry for letting you know, when I am sure you cannot read this, but our family will not be at the dinner Saturday night. Lily broke her leg Friday night and after getting home at 1am, we thought we would wait and see how she was when she woke up Sat. Well, she is up and in a whole lot of pain. So, no convention nor dinner for us. If you need us to pay for our dinner, let me know and I will send you a check. I cannot wait to hear how much fun everyone had! Natalie
