I am a nanny to Tarryn, who is a 2 year old with downs. She is a beautiful d\child, but like every older sibling, loves to pick on her baby sister. If left alone with Kyndra for any amount of time, Tarryn will push her over (so she hits the back of her head on the floor), pull her hair, or just generally make her unhappy. We have been usuing the 'time out' method for disciplining her but I would love to hear of other methods that have worked for you as she doesnt seem to understand yet the consequenses of her actions! Maybe she is just too young, or maybe we need to try something different, either way, Kyndra would be most greatful of any suggestions!
