Does anyone know how to see if you qualify for a grant? We wanted to see if we could get somekind of therapy pool or a pool for therapy for my girls (mostly Bethany with her cerebral palsy) and was wondering if anyone knew how I would go about finding out about getting one? Thanks

We recently qualified for something called a Family Grant. We contacted a county social worker and applied through her. I'm not sure if it's federal or state money, but it's distributed through the county. It's not much money, but it could definitely be used for something like a therapy pool. When the woman came to our house we just told her what our needs were and she found a grant we could qualify for and that met our needs. There are so many different programs and it was all so confusing, it was nice to have someone who knew what they were doing and sorted through the available options to line us up with one that would work for us.
