Hear, that is! We had a hearing test on Tuesday and he passed! Wanna know why I'm so excited?! It is the first of seven that he's passed. She did say, though, that he's going to need tubes because he has so much fluid behind his drum that is isn't moving in the one test that she did. I'm not too scared about that, he's been through heart surgery, ykwim?
He has a slight deficiet? I'm not sure of the terminology, but I know that she said that he can hear at all levels, but it probably sounds muffled to him. You should have seen his face when the sounds came on, and when he looked in the right direction, a cartoon character lit up on the wall. It was so cute. Anyways, I just wanted to say how happy I am that SOMETHING went right for once.
Cardio appointment went just as well. He is doing fantastic! He is 3 months out of surgery and he is doing so good. I am so proud of him. He is the only thing I look forward to anymore.
So, I just wanted to brag on my ALMOST 9 MONTH OLD! Can you believe it's been that long? Pray things still keep going well...daddy's still not home. But Elijah's doing well and that's all I care about.

That's is wonderful that Elijah had two great check-ups! Cameron has tubes too for the same reason. Elijah is doing great!

We'll be joining you on the tubes but just like you, after heart stuff it doesn't seem like a huge deal.
