Been getting this several times today:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12 bytes) in /home/virtual/site228/fst/var/www/html/phpbb2/includes/template.php on line 811

I also noticed that some of the threads seem to be duplicating themselves. (I noticed TLuke's in the General Forum and INDEX or THUMB in the Question's forum) What's up with that?

The allowed memory size is an error that occurs when a lot of people are on sometimes. It usually goes away after a little while.

I am betting the duplication is because people aren't getting a quick response so they hit "submit" again.

I am looking to upgrade the service but I haven't been able to get very much cooperation from my provider. They are very annoying.

Ah, so the site's getting too popular then, eh?

Good luck upgrading the service. I have noticed the site gets a bit sluggish during peak hours. Hope it doesn't cost too much extra $$$$. We have a dedicated server, we asked one provider if they could add some extra memory, they wanted to not only charge us for the memory they put in but also an additional monthly charge because we had upgraded. Then again, what choice do you have besides the pain in the butt of moving servers (been there, done that).?

I'll make sure to click on your Google ads when I visit (but not too much so you don't get that suspicious activity warning).
