There is a blogroll of Down syndrome family blogs located on the T21 Traveling Afghan Project, in the sidebar. I am in the process of adding all the participating families, as well as all the DownSyn families listed in this thread.

You do NOT have to be a member of the project to have your blog on the list! If you ARE on the project list, your blog is also linked on the Where It's Going post on the blog.

If you're family is not signed up, you may do so here HERE.

Once I get all the families in this thread added, I will add a response to the END of this thread and let you know...then if you're not listed, let me know!

Everyone prior to this post is added.

I do not believe there is a tutorial for a drop down as far as blogrolling is concerned. I think you can only do that with the blogroll you implement in your WordPress Admin panel, but I can look into it next week.

If you'd like to display the blogroll in a scroll box, here is the code for that. I still haven't found a DROP DOWN box, but this is close. You can change the colors, etc. if you'd like! Just tweak the code!
