I've been keeping a blog ever since we got the prenatal diagnosis for Brylee:

my posting frequency has been intermittent at best as of late, (although I used to post pretty regularly) but I'm trying to get the ball rolling at a rate of "more often" these days... no promises, but I do get duly inspired on occasion and spout what passes for knowledge in some parts (ie, my own head)...

You can set it up so that you have to approve comments before they become public, but yes, anyone can view your blog. You can also decide who can comment and who can't. Go into your settings again under 'comments,' and you can set your preferences there.
