I tried to get into my Private Message today (first one I've had) and couldn't get it. Do I just double-click on "Private Messages", or do I need to set something up first?

If you are logged on, you should be able to click on "Private Messages" and be taken to the private messages page. If this isn't happening, there may be a problem with your cookies. Try logging off and then logging back on again after closing your browser. If that doesn't work you may have to go into your temporary internet files folder (IE) or the cookie folder (Netscape) and find the cookie from this site and delete it.

Let me know if this works or if a more detailed explanation is needed.

Thanks, Tom. I was on my laptop this time and was able to get in after logging on. Not sure if it will work on our other computer, but will let you know if not!
