I so want to read this book, however, i'm having such a hard time finding it. I could order it from Amazon, however, it costs $200.00.
I called most of the major book stores they are unable to get it for me.

The library also had trouble obtaining copy for me. Does anybody know how I would go about getting this book besides paying $200.00
