Hello everyone, Adam is having his tonsils and adenoids removed and grommets put in on Tuesday the 2nd of March. I am quite anxious about it and obviously hoping that all goes well. My main concern being that we are taking these things out that have caused him no problem in regards to infections or illness. The reason we are removing his tonsils and adenoids is because of his sleep apnea, I do realize that this is a problem in itself and thats why we have decided to do it. I just keep thinking that the tonsils and adenoids are there for a reason and hopefully we dont cause other issues with his health after they are removed.
Sorry for the long rant, this was suppose to be a simple prayer request.
Anyway, if you find time in your day please say a prayer for Adi that all will go well with his surgery.
Thanks Mandy

Oh, goodness, you are a mama, so you are entitled to rant as long as you want when it comes to your babies! It wasn't a long rant, though, by the way. :) I will absolutely pray for your son and your family. Let us know how it all goes!

Prayers!!
Brook had her tonsils out just for the OSA. She'd never had an infection or anything and hasn't had any problems after either.
Best wishes {{{{HUGS}}}}

Thoughts and prayers. I have had my two olders ones go through this when they were littler and they were much healthier after.

Talitha had hers out because of sleep apnoea and it has helped a lot. The op doesn't take too long but they look awful afterwards and the recovery can be challenging. I reckon it was very worth it for Talitha because she is snoring so much less and her apnoea is much reduced.
Praying that all goes well for Adam.

Keep the popsicles and Italian Ice handy. It helped Melissa a lot.
