The fact is your sister used you and when she got what she wanted you were no longer needed. I'd tell the in-laws so she'll have to go back to her own house. Does she still get the discounted rent?

In my opinion< she has no right to live in that house. Don't make life more complicated for yourself: let the in-laws know what is going on and then they can tell her what to do and hopefully you can move back. Hope you get a break soon

The truth really hurts, I figure that maybe I was seeing it wrong. Thank you. She is still getting the discounted rent. As for trying to go back is complicated because we didn't sell our house and can't afford to try to do it again.

I bet if they (the in laws) knew that their own family was pushed out of their home then your sis would not be getting a discount rent! I'd definately tell the in laws!

yes I agree tell them what happened.

I kind of explain it wrong. It would not cost me to sell my house, but moving again will. We were trying to be close to family and we were trying to move to the state were my husband's family lives and were his grandma's house was vacant.
