I'm having an MRI of my breasts to rule out cancer. My mammo and ultrasound were good, but the surgeon felt some things that did not show up on ultrasound. My mother had inflammatory breast cancer which does not have masses and cannot be detected by mammo. The surgeon says she feels positive that I'm fine but there is still a 5 to 10% chance. It's hard not to let the mind go there, luckily we are so busy I don't have time to think!

If the MRI is good then I will start planning for a reduction - hooray! The scary part with that is DH is not paid if he does not work. I would have to cancel all of Clara's school and therapy for 2 or 3 weeks since I would not be able to lift her in and out of our SUV. My parents might pay for a relative to stay with us, but we know they will increase their debt to do this.

I'm having too much pain to let this go any longer, but also have other health issues that I have to get attended to before they worsen. It's a struggle to fit my appointments in with Clara's. Neighbors are doing great watching the kids for me, but I'm afraid I'll tap them out. Pray for balance and smooth timing as I try to get my health caught up after 6 years of neglect!
