We started to use Nutrivene in October, but I was wondering if should take any break from the vitamins. Or to give them nonstop? How is your experiance with it?

Ideally, you would use them on a regular basis. What would be your reason for taking a break? We use Nutrivene and the only other thing I give my girls is Juice Plus and Omega 3. And I try to do it as regular as I can.
