I don't have an apostrophe in my name and cannot ever get in-I can see the option but not click on it...I went back and forth with Tom a couple of times and then just figured maybe someday I will miraculously get in there...no time to figure it out and not computer literate enough...he was very good with trying to help. He did suggest for me to try and log off and then back on so you guys can try that-but I have no option to log off so I couldn't...I know no help as always...

I was thinking about this. MAybe the chat room should open in another window. I know you can have up 2 sessions, but maybe this would help eliviate some user problems.
