I emailed Dr. L asking him this:

You mentioned some research to us about Translocation kids speaking sooner. Is this research detailed online anywhere? Also, I forgot to ask if there have been any Nutrivene studies completed?

He responded to say this:

There have been two studies completed. Mine which was not a blinded study and is still awaiting publication and one in Egypt that should be published this year that is a double blind study. The information on speech and translocations was presented at the International Down syndrome meeting in Madrid in 2003.

Just thought I would share. Smile

Cool, I can't wait to hear the results of them all!!

I know ther was another double blind placebo study that was being done in the UK/england. It wasn't specifically NTV-D, it had 4 groups - placebo, vitamins & minerals, amino acids and something else. That is ended and the results should be out this year too.

Dr. Gelb did a study on TNI in DS, it was blinded and I have the results of that paper, if you'd be interested in it. I can email it to you, if you want, or just let me know if you want it.
