Would it be possible to have a 'browse' button to make it possible to upload pictures straight from the computer, without the hassle of going through a website like photobucket?

I didn't want to fill my quota with images which is why I wasn't allowing it. And most of those places are easy enough. Right now my logs are getting so big that I have to clear them out every couple of days so as not to exceed my storage quota.
