I am a single mom to Justin, my heart. He has been a joy to spend every day with. Justin will be 11 years old next month. We are so excited because he is going to have a Superman birthday party with his friends at the ARC respite weekend. I am going to try to put a picture on here, but if it fails, I will keep trying. Well, all of my pictures are downloaded on my computer. Not on a site. Will have to look into it. Sorry. I hope to be able to find so much information on this site. And I am looking forward to getting to know you.

Hello! And welcome to downsyn. I look forward to getting to know your family better!!! I just have 1 little one, 14 mths., her name is Macy. It's nice to get advice from parents that have older kiddos that have more experience with ds and the road ahead!

Welcome Kim and Justin. I'm mother of seven children ages 27 down to age 4. Only three children still at home. Sam is 9 yrs old and has DS, Shane is 8 yrs old and typical, Katarina is 4 yrs old and also has DS.
What grade is Justin in now. Sam is entering the 3rd grade this year.

Welcome!!! Justin is a cutie!! He also has the same birthday as my second born... Great day! My Courtney is 11 & 1/2 months older than him but looks like Justin is twice as big...What grade is he in?

Jennifer, yes Justin is a bit large. I am not sure what happened....lol.... I am waiting for a call from his doctor because we had some blood work done last week and I am hoping that something is going to change in him. Part of it is that he is just plain lazy. That is also why I am looking for a 3 wheel adult trike that he can get outside with. He is always inside. We are not out much.

Justin is at a middle school. He has been there for 1 1/2 years already only because he and the teacher he had in the 4th grade had a rough time together.... another long story. He has not had any consistency in school with his teachers. I am hoping that this year will be a good year. He needs it. I think he is considered 6th grade now.

Your daughter is so beautiful. All of you have beautiful children. I have to admit. I am so addicted to this site that now no other exists....lol....
