There is a new song out Called London Bridges...it is like a Rapish Remake of the children's song....IT is HILARIOUS.Well, the ohter day we were riding in the car and it came on the radio,Koby started CLAPPING, and DANCING< and SINGING, and LAUGHING, it was sooooo cute.WEll then my phone rang so I turned it off real quick and he get SOOOO furious at me,PITCHED A FIT.So we can home and he was still mad...I DL the song, and he was THRILLED....he has since signed music 75 thousand times today and I am convinced it is to hear this song, cause If I play another he says NOOO, and signs music again. WEll, I thought big deal Koby just likes this song alot, until the morning I get a e-mail on a DS loop that is talking abotu this song, and how it has REALLY motived her daughter to dance and vocalize a bit....and within minutes 5 replies saying pretty much the same thing.....so while the song itself it GOOFY, adn not something I would normally let KOby listen to, he LOVES IT...and I have the CLEAN version so it doens't say a bad word at all...it is a Pretty funny song actually...who KNEW you could make MILLIONS off of London Bridges....what is next....itsy bitsy spider???LOL-COurtney

ps: You can find the edited version at Itunes....it cost a dollar to get the whole song or yu can sample it!!!

Who does it? LOL I so stalk Koby. I found a version by Fergie on itunes, but I can't stand it - it's TOTALLY rap, grates on merves, and DJ is a baby punk anyway

Give Koby some love from us!

Hate to say it but Anna is so not cool. She likes to sing Frank Sinatra--"The Way You Look Tonight" and "New York, New York" as well as "Summertime and the Living is Easy".

It's cute the first 500 times its sung but it gets old after that . I do love when she sings "So hush little darling, please don't you cry (pronounced cly)."

Fergi from Blackied Peas sings that song. I hate it and my kids and husband love it. They also love that buttons song by the pussycat dolls and I HATE IT!!! They know I dont like it and will go around the house singing it just to see the look on my face. Shane walks around and says Fergi Fergi love you long time! Drives me nuts!

Well, I heard something worse than this...

"Do your chains hang low"...something or other...I can't remember the exact words...but it was funny! I'm trying to find it on azlyrics.com but I can't find it!

Funny, I was in The Children's Place yesterdaydoing a return and London Bridges was on. I had never heard it before, but it is definately catchy. I guess I dpn't hear much contemporary music because my Country Music Station is ALWAYS on. LOL!

I LOVE this song. Not necessarily the lyrics, but I love music like this. I listen to the radio station that plays this stuff quite a bit. It always puts me in a better mood and makes me feel like dancing!!

Like I said, I'm not a fan of the lyrics, but the beats put me in a happy mood!

BTW: if you google and of the titles, you can watch the video or listen to the song for free through the aol link. I just watched London Bridges and Buttons!

I think I'm the party-pooper here...or perhaps a bit prudish, but I went and listened to the "cleaned up" version of the song (and read the uncensored version lyrics) and I found it just too suggestive. I freely admit that I don't like rap music, but it is the lyrics that bother me and I don't think I would willingly allow Sammy to listen to the song. I just personally don't find it cute when young children sing lyrics that are suggestive (even when they don't understand what they are singing) or worse yet...when they dance provocatively. I want Sammy to be a kid and not grow up too quickly....so I guess it's the Wiggles, Raffi, and mom and dad's classical and celtic music for awhile (oh, and a carefully picked selection of my favorite 80s tunes Smile )

Anything to keep Koby happy I would do it too! Chase has been asking for the song for weeks and I won't let him buy it on I tunes. I don't want to listen to him singing about going down. He's 11 and I don't want to have to explain anything. Confused

What is funny is that the bridge behind her is not London Bridge it's Tower Bridge.
