I got one!!!! YEAH!!!!! Dont laugh at what I did!
They came out at walmart on Oct 1st and I had called to see when they were putting them out. They said 7am at service desk to keep from fights. I got there at 4am and got in line to get one. I was the 4th person in line. I found out that they only had 6 and you could only get 1 per customer. That was fine with me as long as I got one and I did!!!! I stood at that desk for 3 hours just for Alexis to get one of these for christmas. I must be just nuts! But I wasnt alone there was a lady in front of me that had been there since 2am. I had to share that with you on how stupid I am just to get a ELMO!

Yay! Way to go. I am glad you got one. Waiting in line for a cute Elmo for your daughter and actually getting one is a fun thing in life and you'll enjoy telling the story!

I had to 'google' what a TMX Elmo was! He sounds pretty cute! May I ask at what price the store sold him? There are a whole bunch of listings on E-bay and I was just curious what the retail price was.

Marlene, Retail price is $39.99....good luck on ebay, I saw some going for $200, so I guess it depends on how you want to get it, wait in line for hours like Kelly or pay way over retail on Ebay Confused

I so agree with just paying store price. I cant believe they are selling them on E-bay for what they are. When they get more in at Walmart Ill stand in line again if someone needs me too. I would only do that again for yall!!!! Our town is so small so when walmart gets more in I can find out details and when to be there to stand in line for one. Just let me know if ya want me too! I figure the next time will be right before and after thanksgiving. I always go out in the wee ours of the morning the day after thanksgiving. Have to get those sells! Plus I think it is fun. My mom and I do that ever year.
