Jacey has RSV and pneumonia. We have been here since Tuesday. She is gradually being weaned off oxygen and we may get to go home tomorrow or Sunday. Thanks in advance for any prayers you can spare. Its so hard to see your baby so sick and in pain. Sad

Update - jacey is still struggling to get off o2. Just when I think we are making progress she takes a step backward. I don't know when we'll get to come home. I hope soon.

4/22 - Thank you all SOOO much for your positive thoughts and prayers. We are STILL in the hospital - day 8 now. I am happy to report that Jacey is SOOOOO much better today. Still on O2, but they are finally able to decrease it some. I am hopeful that we are able to go home by Friday or so. I am SOOOO ready to get back to "normal" life....

Today is Sunday, I think. We are finally home, after 10 days in the hospital. Thank goodness. That was the longest 10 days of my life... Jacey is doing better, although we came home on O2. I finally had to put my foot down as they weren't doing anything for her that I couldn't do at home. Since getting home, she's improved greatly. Is only on O2 when she sleeps now.... Thank you all so much for your prayers and positive thoughts. There are some dark days when your baby is so sick, and all your prayers got me through.... Love you all.....

We're praying. My 4 yr old was just hospitalized last month with RSV and other respiratory problems. I understand how slow the weening process can seem.
