Could you all please pray for a relative of mine. She has DS and is only 38 yrs old. She is in the ICU on a vent and not expected to make it. She has some kind of infection and is septic. Don't know much else as they live out of state and we are just getting email updates. I really don't know her or the family but when they lived in MD, we used to go swimming at their house so I have some memories of her as a child. Thanks

Unfortunately Jessica died. I still don't know what the original infection was but sepsis was the cause of death in the end. I actually started crying when I found out (selfishly) not necessarily for her or her family but because it scared me so much about my Samantha. Jessical was so young, I couldnt imagine losing Sam so young. I do know she was living in a nursing home and mostly in a wheelchair due to knee issues I think.
So I guess she wasn't in the best of health to begin with. Please keep her family in your prayers.
