I am needed a lense to do the Bohen. Anyway I am looking at a 50mm 1.4 or a 50mm 1.8. I have about 100 cute little kids i need spring pictures for and a wedding at a badly lit church. Which would you recomend and what makes the 1.4 better just besides the blur effect. Or is there anything you would recomend for the badly lit church. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS at the church I really do not want to use a flash.

I can so relate!! As for the badly litl curch, may I make a suggestion? There is a 30 trial program called adobe lightroom...you HAVE to have it. I have like 20 days left on it and I hafta find a way to buy this thing. If you get it, let me know via pm, and I will send you links to training videos etc...this program is the best ive ever used. It lets you lighten just portions of a picture as though it was in direct sunlight, and then readjust that to whatever level you like. Truly amazing.
