Amoxicillin stains?

Anyone know how to remove Amoxicillin stains from a childs face? Ben's on it and doesn't like it so it ends up all over his face, hence the yellow stains! You'd think he had old bruises on his chin and cheeks! I've tried soapy water but it doesn't remove it.

Sometimes I find using cleansing lotion works to remove stubborn stains from the kids faces (works a treat when removing facepaints LOL)

What color is it? I ask because our amoxicillin is always pink. For the stain, I have no idea.

Laughing Ours smells like bubblegum and it tastes really good. All my kids get excited when they need to take it. Could be a bad thing with it tasting so good. There are other flavors the drug stores and add, but the bubblegum is the big hit.

Does Ben have an ear infection? Poor little guy.

He seems to be in good form, he's been laughing today a lot and is very ticklish! I think the cold has broken but he's still coughing a bit.

Have you tried using a syringe to give the it to him, a lot easier than a spoon and saves a lot of mess usually. If you don't have one the chemist (Boots) sell them for very little but may give you one if you tell them Ben has DS and struggles taking medication from a spoon.

I do use a syringe, but Ben just doesn't like the medicine so he spits it out over his face! Rolling Eyes

Last day tomorrow so hopefully his face will be back to norm soon!

shaving cream - seriously! Or old fashioned toothpaste, not the gel.

Other than that, time. Can you mix it with something fun, like a small milkshake?
