Wondering what vitamins you guys give your kids? My pediatrician isn't big on vitamins, but I give Mya fish oil and am trying to find a good mult-vitamin. I've also just started giving her vitamin D. Is there anything else I should be giving her?

We use L'il Critters gummy vitamins with our children, but I'll admit that I don't give them every single day.

We don't do vitamins.
BUT my kiddos are all good eaters. Veggies, fruits, ect. Very well rounded diets and we don't buy junk foods.

No vitamins here; all the kids eat a great well rounded diet. T2 eats her veggies first!!

We give Mikey a multi-vitamin with fluoride. The water here is not fluoridated.

I'm jealous of your kids that eat all their vegetables:) I hide them in stuff whenever I can. Mya gets some veggies, but I don't know if it's enough.
I saw another post where several people mentioned their kids take Ginko. What is this given for?

Ginko is supposed to help promote memory and attention. Some studies have shown improved attention with Ginko although studies on memory have been contradictory.

Nate has his extra vitamins via Carnation Instant Breakfast...he has 3 packages a day in 8 ounces of 2% milk. That is it. He had been probiotics till December which I may start him up on them again...the last year of so it had been in Pediasure along with DHA...so I should look into restarting him again.

Osiyyah takes Nutrivene-D (www.nutrivene.com) Daily Supp & Nighttime Formula, DHA, Vitamin D, Zinc, Longvida Curcumin, and Ginkgo Biloba.
I have quite a bit of info on my blog on all the above .
