Violette's T4 numbers came back slightly low (7.4) - any insight? her THS was normal.

I really don't know much about T4 (though Grady's is tested everytime they test). The number I pay attention to is the TSH. What did your ped (or whoever ordered the test) say?

Nate was put on synthroid. On medication they want his TSH under 5. He was 5.2 this past March on 37.5mcg of synthroid. Because of the recent change in dose at Christmas we didn't adjust the med again and he will be rechecked next month.

They want to do a "free" blood test to see what it says. I've also requested a CBC - I want to look at her zinc levels and all that good blood stuff and check it compared to the last time she was checked!

We get a CBC at every yearly well child check up.
