The garbage cans are no longer safe. Between walking like a pro now and having a little bit of a growth spurt McKayla can reach into the garbage cans. She is worse than the dogs. I keep finding recycling stuff around the house. Time to move them into the laundry room and warn her siblings not keep the door shut at all times. She surprises me every day with the new things she does, and I can't get mad some time because I am just too darn proud of what she has accomplished. Just had to share our trash issues. My house looks like I never throw anything away b/c while I was doing my hair she emptied the recycling. lol what a smart little pill.

She is soooo cute! Wait until she starts throwing your stuff away. LOL! I can't tell you how many things we found in the garbage that were not supposed to be in the garbage.

Been there!

When Grady started walking we ended up buying a smaller trash can and putting it under the sink which is child locked.

She has tried to throw away the dog bowl. Luckily when her sister was sorting the recycling she found it.

We have been there too. And have found keys, wallets, shoes and all sorts of things in the bin. For a long time we had to check our garbage bin before we put it out to make sure there wasn't anything important in there. The recycling is safe now but for a long time it was a favoured play thing.

Very Happy
