I think I can help on a few....OT stands for Occupational Therapy. When you see AV it is probably in reference the heart defect called AV Canal defect.
ADD I am guessing is Attention Defecit Disorder. That would be my guess, but I would have to see it used in a sentence.
Hope this helps

AV canal Is when they have ASD and VSD together. Then there is one big floopy valve instead of two.

ADHD - Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
PDD - Pervasive Developmental Disorder (This is the family of autistic spectrum disorders)
PDD-NOS - Pervasive Developmental Disorder - Not Otherwise Specified (This is a diagnosis that says that the child has PDD but it is not possible to determine the specific form of PDD because the full features for autism or another explicitly defined PDD are not met.)

there is another thread going on at the same time. LOL
DH is Dear (or whatever word you want to start with "D") Husband.
YAY is not an acronym, but the word yay (which is really spelled "yeah", but online you'll often see "yay" instead.)
Here's a link to common acronyms.
