Hi, I am Robin, Mommy to Bryan I am also on Baby Center a lot. I had registered here a long time ago and did not even realize it until today when I was just surfing the net.

My son Bryan is 17 mo old with Down syndrome. He has two older brothers Danny is 7 and going into the 3rd grade and Kevin Tyler (we call him Tyler) is 6 going into the 1st grade. My DH is Kevin and we have a dog her name is Shellie a Sheltland Sheepdog and Bryan's best friend.

Bryan is doing really well. He signs numerous signs, said his first work Woof Woof and is crawling. (would rather roll though) We will be attending two 1/2 days program at his school.

I am helping Kathryn Thomas' mom with a book about positive stories from mom's about the children with Ds.
And I left my stressful financial consulting job for a secretary job in a local catholic school to be home with my boys.

We live on Long Island Mineola to be exact. I am looking forward to seeing all your beautiful kids.

I'm glad you came back!! Bryan is such a sweetie. I love the pic. Talitha (7 months) also loves our dog Killa (chihuaha/terrier cross). Talitha is not on the move yet but LOOK OUT Killa when she is!!

Hi and welcome. Dakota rolls and rolls and rolls....but that's about it as far as using her legs go Very Happy

I think she doesn't see any need to use her legs becuase her brothers run to her ever bek and call.

Hi Robin what good taste you have in boys names I have a Bryan spelt the Irish way too. I like the idea 'positive stories' goodluck with the book and welcome back. Smile
