Some people have been having a technical problem when they try to log in.

It's a cookie problem from the old forum.

Solution:

Assuming you are using Internet Explorer:

1) Select TOOLS from the menu bar
2) Select DELETE FILES (this will delete all the files in the IE cache
- these are only temporary files)
3) Select SETTINGS... and then VIEW FILES...
4) All that should be left are the cookies since you deleted everything else
5) look for cookies labeled either downsyn.com or www.downsyn.com and
delete them.
6) Go back to the forum. You can now login and it should work fine.
