Most of you probably know Michael is not yet walking independently!! He has been walking along furniture and the walls, and holding our hands for quite a while now. Today during his PT appt, he he took 6 steps independently right into my arms!!!!! Then he did it again about 5 more times for 4-5 steps!!! It was so exciting, I dont know who was more excited, him, me, the PT or Molly!!!! It was absolutely beautiful!!

The best part about it is, I had a meltdown on Monday about his walking! It was probably the first time Ive cried negative tears over Michael since he was just a few months old!!! Im feeling a bit discouraged because Michael is starting the transition process for preschool, (he goes to school in Jan, like 12 WEEKS Sad

) And it will really bother me to take him to school if hes not walking!! I think he knew I needed this today!

That is GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!!! Now, when PJ comes running in to the room and bops him on the head, he can run after him and take him down!

Well done Michael - he will be walking very soon! Those first steps are the best. So glad you were all there to be part of it.
