The search function of our board is very powerful and quick and can help you locate a post or topic that may be of interest to you.
The search can be used in a simple mode or in a more complex mode. To use the seach feature in its simplest form, simply specifiy the words you want to find, click the Search for All Terms and press the Search button. This will intiate a search looking for all the words you specified in either the message or topic title. By specifying Search for any terms or use query as entered , you can use the keywords OR, AND and NOT in your search. For example pre-school OR preschool will find all posts that have either spelling of your search term.
You can also use the search to search only within a specific forum or category, only posts with your keywords in the message body or just in the topic title, or by a specific member of the forums. You can also specifiy whether you want to display the newest or oldest posts first. The search will show the first 200 characters of each post that it finds to meet your search criteria but you can increase or decrease that number.
